Straus Art Students

WELCOME

For over 40 years, the late Joyce Straus was an artist and art teacher in Las Vegas who gradually transformed her home into a living art gallery. Having added over 8,000 square feet of gallery space, the house became well known in the community as an art colony with 7 art studios, which displayed her work in a variety of media and techniques.

Today the home is used for the Joyce Straus Foundation For The Arts to inspire and educate children about the visual arts by providing creative and innovative programs that involve children in hands-on visual art experiences. Learn more.
